In the statement Yellow Building, Notting Dale - in the heart of West London, the London Headquarters of this Global Finance Technology Company were transformed to become a high tech space, providing ample space for collaboration, focus and socialising.  Alongside JAC we developed a project plan that addressed the difficult scenario of an in-situ refurbishment programme. Having taken the floor opposite we had to create a 3-move strategy once the new space had been fitted out. A high level of re-use of existing desking and seating meant that SKA silver could be achieved which met with the client's sustainability goals. New furniture was selected and installed to aid agile working and to support the team to both focus and collaborate, this included height adjustable desks and 'meeting space' furniture to create huddle areas, touch down tables, pod zoom rooms and phone booth stations. The finished space achieves a balance; creating environments that support productivity and collaboration, as well as entertainment and wellness.

We collaborated closely with LMAX, JAC and GTA to ensure that the LMAX office was still able to run as smoothly as possible throughout the installation. In the final stage of installation, we worked closely with the IT team to ensure the correct Monitor Arm set up (ranging from 2 - 6 monitor arms per user) were personalised for each user’s workstation. 

The office transformation was designed, procured and implemented to achieve a Silver RICS SKA Accreditation, which assesses both the impact on the environment and the wellbeing of the occupants.
