Scope of work
Office Portfolio were appointed to provide a full consultancy package for a new London HQ for ExodusPoint, providing all elements of furniture to support 250 staff in their 50,000 sq. ft space. The consultancy package for ExodusPoint included; Furniture Selection, Procurement & Supply, Installation & IT Integration, and Post Installation BAU Support. A critical area for ExodusPoint was the trading floor and developing the correct desking and monitor arm solutions to fully support the ExodusPoint team and fulfil their IT and power requirements.
We consulted with the ExodusPoint team to share solutions from multiple Trading Desk Manufactures, enabling us to successfully tender the best solution for their needs. Other focus areas included client meeting areas and staff hospitality space.
