Scope of work
Amundi appointed Office Portfolio in a consultancy capacity to work alongside the project team to deliver full product selection, procurement, installation and ongoing business as usual support post installation; for their 30,000 sq. ft space, and base for 250 staff in Moorgate, London.
We provided a consultative approach to furniture selection and procurement, providing a portfolio of product options that met the brief, budget and programme. We tendered each furniture aspect to 3 manufacturers on an open book platform giving the client and team complete transparency. Ultimately, value engineering the product selection to meet the client's brief and budget.
